Last week, “a certain translation company” made the bold move of hiring a certain plus-sized male model as “assistant department head” for the French department. After sending Mr. Kelley his acceptance letter, we recieved the following email:
Dear Mr. Webber,
first of all i would like to tell you how thankful i am that you have given me this prestigious opportunity. I would also like to take this time to tell you how exited i am to be a part of the [a certain translation company]’s team, and how thrilled i am at the possibility that i might get a chance to work with you personnaly. i believe whole hartedly that we have an opportunity to make something special happen. with [a certain translation company]’s strong foundation, a little hard work and dedication, we can achieve any goal we want. the world is your playground mr. webber, thank you for letting me play in the sand box with you.
