All I have to say is: Buddha Bar is very cool.
The duration of our trip in France will be mostly spent in Strasbourg. However, after my friend Denise’s wedding, we decided to take a quick trip to visit John and Denise’s friend, Cris. Once we arrived in Paris, we took the opportunity to watch the last part of the Spain vs. Portugal game at a nearby pizzeria. From there, we went to a bar called Bombardier (where they serve quite possibly the weakest 7 euro drink ever)…
The situation made a turn for the better, however, when we took a taxi to Place de Concorde and walked into Buddha Bar. It was unfortunate that there was only about 20 minutes left before they closed (it was 1:40 am on a Sunday night), but just seeing the spot that is home to all the Buddha Bar CDs was worth it all.
Not to mention the fact that Brian almost died on the way to Paris because he saw a Ferrari Enzo (according to Brian, they produce only 50 of them a year, and each one costs about a million dollars) and tried to take pictures from out the window.
We have to head back to Strasbourg now, and I will post photos as soon as I get a chance.

Hesam paid 23€ for two drinks.

My Heineken cost 7€.
Rip off.
woah… see, England isn’t THAT expensive in comparision.
Norway is expensive too. Hanne and I went shopping for alcohol earlier… a single can of regular ol’ Carling beer (0.5 litre) cost 29 NOK (2.33 GBP, or 4.25 USD). Bleh.
Hey dude nice to meet you. Hope you hooked up with that ** on the train to Reading LOL!
HESAM! What’s this about a ** on the way to Reading?!? Ohhh man. You seemed to leave a detail or two out of the story.
